Welcome to Vector Racing Club ("the Club"). We are a non-profit triathlon club based in the United Kingdom, run by volunteers. By accessing this website and participating in club activities, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Membership

Membership to Vector Racing Club is free. We are a community of enthusiasts and do not charge subscription fees.

3. Liability & Risk

Triathlon (swimming, cycling, running) involves inherent risks.

• Participation at Own Risk: You acknowledge that you participate in all Club activities entirely at your own risk.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Vector Racing Club and its volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all members to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy.
• Prioritize safety for themselves and others during all activities.
• Follow the rules of the road and any venue-specific regulations.

5. Data Privacy & GDPR

We respect your privacy.

• Data Collection: We collect only the data you provide (e.g., name, email) for the purpose of managing the club and communicating with you.
• No Third Parties: We do not sell your data to third parties.
