We use your personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • To register you as a new member.
  • To manage your membership and relationship with us.
  • To organize club activities, races, and events.
  • To communicate with you about club news and updates.
  • To administer and protect our website (troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies. Your data is only accessible to:

  • Club Administrators: For managing membership and events.
  • Service Providers: We use Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) for hosting our website and database. They act as a data processor and are bound by strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. Access to your personal data is limited to those club administrators who have a genuine business need to know it.
